In order to facilitate our clients’ home searches, we provide them with a powerful tool called CleanOffer. As a buyer (or seller), CleanOffer gives you the same level of access and control over all listing provided in the Multiple Listing Service used by all Realtors. Specifically, it provides you:
- A password protected site for you to use with all the MLS listings, including some not released to public sites.
- MLS listings data updated every 30 minutes 24/7.
- Immediate alerts of new listings matching saved search criteria and changes in price or status for saved favorite listings.
- Open Homes Reports every Friday afternoon with all the homes on the MLS open that weekend that match saved search criteria, with photos, hours and directions.
- All photos and extensive details and descriptions for each listing.
- Current Market Conditions Reports available at a click for each listing on the market, by zip code, area, city and county.
- Google Maps available at one click for each listing.
- Share listings with your agent or request showings with two clicks from any listing detail page.
- Neighborhood descriptions and area maps on the Search Area Selection page.
- View the final sale price for your saved favorite listings.
- View Last Sold listing information, including last sold price.
- Per Multiple Listing Service (MLS) regulations, in order to access the data on CleanOffer you must be working with a real estate agent who is a member of the MLS that services your area of interest.
