Ric Rocchiccioli
Ric Rocchiccioli, known throughout San Francisco as “Ric Roc”, was named San Francisco’s Realtor of the Year, and was President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors in 2001. He has been active in the real estate community since 1987 and is more than able to service any real estate need in a friendly, calm and experienced fashion.
While Ric will be the first to always tell you “his clients come first”, he has proven his devotion to his industry on a local, state and national level. Since he joined the real estate industry, he has chaired or served on every committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, served multiple terms as a state and local director for San Francisco, and continues to be a active member of the San Francisco, California and National Associations or Realtors as well as the Womens Council of Realtors.
Ric attributes his success to his primary goal – to provide personal and professional superior service to his “clients for life”. Raised in Virginia, he developed an appreciation for vintage architecture, and immediately fell in love with the city. Ric knows why everyone wants to live in San Francisco and has helped many buyers and sellers at all price ranges fulfill their dreams. Prior to real estate, Ric has fourteen years of public and private accounting background, a valuable resource for any real estate transaction. He is an alumnus of Golden Gate University where he was awarded the outstanding graduate in the accounting program in 1985.
Also known as the “singing Realtor”, Ric has hosted fundraising events and devoted many hours to local community charities. He is a strong believer in giving back to the community in which he lives. Ric has a thorough knowledge of the San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods and keeps a watchful eye on local real estate market trends. While Ric specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties in San Francisco, his second love is the wine country where he plans to retire in another decade … or two. He can assist you with all your real estate needs throughout the Bay area.
During his spare time, Ric enjoys spending quality time with his long-term partner at their country home, which they named “Harmony”, a word that summarizes their approach to their professional and personal lives.

Kevin McLeod
Kevin McLeod brings more than twenty years of business management and real estate experience to work for you. Throughout his career, he has developed excellent negotiating, problem-solving, and listening skills. As a Paragon Real Estate Broker Associate, Kevin specializes in single- and multi-family San Francisco residential real estate. Kevin has been recognized as a sales leader each year since beginning his real estate career in January 2002.
Kevin is a CPA and California real estate broker. He has an MBA and is a member of the San Francisco, California, and National Associations of Realtors. In addition, he is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs. Kevin`s financial and management experience positions him well to handle the sometimes difficult transactions you can encounter when buying or selling your home.
Kevin places a high priority on community involvement. A long-time San Francisco resident, he has volunteered with organizations ranging from the Alzheimer’s Association and the SF GLBT Community Center to Grupo de la Comida and AIDS Walk SF. He serves as chairman of the Paragon Community Fund Committee, which allocates agent and company donated funds to various San Francisco charitable organizations. Over the past four years, the Fund has donated nearly $300,000. His passions also include music (he is a classically trained singer and pianist), running, biking and hiking, amongst other interests.
